Corrupt Windows Media Centre

Disc 1 of my Windows Media Centre is corrupt. It will not install and the disc appears to be scratched.

Is there an application that will copy the disc for me ignoring bad sectors (and will this work)?

Does anyone have Media Centre and would you be willing to copy disc 1 for me? (If this is not allowed mods delete this sentence).

    Thanks.

isobuster will copy the cd and replace the bad data with all zeros or dummy data, but the chances that it'll work when you go to install it are slim to none
