Pinging Irish Broadband

Some guy in Irish Broadband called Tristran got me to do a lot of screenshots of pings etc. Needless to say heard nothing more from him since.

I have just tried to ping www.irishbroadband.ie and have 100 % packet loss on 10 pings?!? Is this normal?

I had dealings with him and while he is quite helpful when speaking to him, he is incapable of phoning back with any sort of update..

Website seems to work. They may have turned of ICMP responses for some reason or else some routing problem.
