    Hi All,
Anyone get a "registration of tenancies" form from their landlord to fill in?
The form says its compulsory pursuant to the private residential tenancies board.
Anything "hidden" inside this form I should be aware off?
    Thanks in advance

Nothing to be affraid of it is a good sign that your landlord is on th straight and narrow. Don't forget to apply for your tax back on rent too.

It shouldn't be a problem. You need to fill out form RENT1 from www.revenue.ie and return it to them.
