What exactly do you want to do and how much do you want to spend?

I had looked at the Guitar Port as it was around $99 online. I dont want to go spend on an amp yet - just trying to get back into playing - bought a 2nd hand guit from a work collegue (Acoustic with active pickup)

Considering the PC option - cheaper to get going i would imagine.
    Advice?

Are you looking for effects? TBH, play the acoustic as is without plugging it in.

Yes, I am - its not a full body - therefore not nrealy as nice as being plugged in. I have used a friends MAC with Garageband - even just those effects are awesome to have ...
Local music shop here has something similar to a zoom for around E150 - i still need an an amp though. Baby MArshall for around E115.
