    managed to installed on my hosting. looks good but setting up massive no of folders/file permission on shared hosting without telnet/ssh is a pain.

    am setting this up for a client.

    anyone have any experience with SugarCRM or other similar thingie? :D

    I've been using it for months.

    You shouldn't have any issues installing it as you can run the chmod commands via FTP.
