Wanna build up my chest and arms

    Ok ive been dieting like mad recently and ive got my weight down to
    12 Stone just looking for some advice to build up my chest an inch or two and increase my arms a bit also ill be taking creatine Branch Chain amino acids and Protien while im doing this wanna increase and define them a bit as they have shrunk a bit during dieting so any advice at all would be appreciated wanna build them up fast as im going back to Boxing soon.

    Also ive got weights a bench and pull up bar and a good place for doing dips and i do press ups between stools.

    There you are m8 :) jus keep at em, the best thing i find about weights is as time goes by i find you get results quickly if you jus keep at em ( not everyday ) but every 48 hours on the same muscle group. I would read the thread http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=282544 which they say gives you different types of muscle, whether you want Big and bulky or more stamina based. Good luck
