Anyone remember the name of this cartoon?

rememeber the name of a cratoon which used to be on Saturday mornings on Live + Kicking....and on RTÉ (but not often on RTÉ)?

It had racoons.
Also there was a big pink animal of some sort who had a massive snout.
he pink guy owned like a big country estate or something
and was very rich.

I specifically remember he like cigars.

I thought it was 'bert and the raccoons' ... although that may have been the presenter ad-libbing.
