    Hi,
While looking for a loan online with Tesco I was given the option to enter a Deal Code. Does anyone have one that I can use or know where I could get one please?

Not sure - all I know is that tesco.ie quoted me motor insurance over 200 euro cheaper than my current provider (Axa Broker). Rang up Axa Broker and they met the lower quote!

They usually do to keep you. You never buy insurance at the given price, get another quote, and throw that at your old insurance company! Voilá :D

I know, I was off topic, but maybe the code was for free delivery or something as I saw before they were giving leaflets for freee delivery for a limited time, about 2 months ago.

I can see how free delivery would be useful for a loan alright ;-)

Tesco aren't always cheaper on insurance - I was quote €1478 by tesco and €561 by FBD.

saab 9.3, val - 24k. age 37 full licence, 18yrs claim free, occ - manager.

FBD seem to be cheapest by far for male age 30 -40
Quinn are cheapest for female 30 - 40

    It changes every year.

Hibernian have gone up substantially this year.

It's amazing how varied insurance is - I am just about to go with Hibernian as they are the cheapest for me this year. Strangely enough for the first time in years Quinn came in at less than 1k and even Eagle Star were less than 1k as well. In the end Hibernian came in at eur 469

Funny that .. I got a quote this year from FBD for €1900 after changing my car.

I ending up getting it from Hibernian for €760 !! Quinn Direct were €1200.

That was for Toyota Celica 190, Value €25k Age 33 with Full Licence and Full No Claims.

My experience shows you just need to call them all every year ...
