So what celebrity (or celebrities) did you have a thing for when you were just hitting that awkward age?

This topic came to me after I spotted some half-torn Gladiator stickers on a piece of wood that used to be part of my bed.

With that in mind, three lovely ladies that I can think of at the moment are:
    Jet from Gladiators
Lois Lane (aka Terri Hatcher) in The New Superman
(and slightly more out there) April O Neil from The Turtles (the original)

Pamela anderson, in her baywatch days, the first time i actaully felt an attraction or desire for a female. Man was she hot, well she still is but she's in the mature class now i guess.

I had it pretty bad for Christina Ricci after seeing the Adams Family Values. To this day, I can't get enough of slim girls with dark hair and pale skin. Maybe thats where it came from. Basically, I think goths are hot. The majority of them strike me as total idiots who starved of attention, but they are pleasing to the eye!

Yeah, even though Hatcher isn't extremely hot IMO any more (just not my type of woman), but I'd do her just because she was a childhood thing of mine.

Possibly the same for Jet, but she really isn't my kind of woman anymore.
Oh, and Kelly from Saved by the Bell. certainly

Oh lemme see. What do we mean by childhood exactly. I only had crushes on people I knew (classmates etc.) until around the age of 16, which still falls under "childhood" I suppose. Then my hormones made another upturn or something or I'd just run out of local people to fancy and I thought Tori Amos was pretty hot (and talent is sexy), Michael Stipe was pretty cuddly (I recall him in a straw boater doing a medley at some award show where he did a rendition of "Everybody Hurts" switching into "Drive" and his I-can't-dance-dance was cute), River Phoenix was just sooo hot and he'd always play these pained roles where you'd want to hold him and comfort him, and then **** his brains out afterwards. Keanu Reeves was pretty, his not being able to act for **** ruined his appeal most of the time, but I had a poster from his long-haired days where he's holding a worn copy of Much Ado About Nothing and his hair is falling down over his face and he's all sweet. (Oh, I think I may have been 18 when that came out, eh, took a little while to grow out of that childhood crush I suppose).

Add on about 98% of the women and 60% of the men to have leading roles in any French film, especially Emmanuelle Béart in "Un Coeur en Hiver" (because I wasn't just a horny 16 year old, no, I was a romantic 16 year old too. Daniel Auteuil was alright in it too, but you'd be too busy feeling sorry for him to fancy him).

Oh, and both Juliet Stevenson and more so Alan Rickman in Truly Madly Deeply. That's a great film, BTW, must see if I still have a copy.

    Im shocked and apauled.

I think I would even find it hard to be in the same room as that woman. She has a face like a dropped pie. Anytime I have seen her on telly I get a sick feeling, when she smiles you think "Is that a smile or a seizure?"

For me it was the woman out of Bewitched. (The show not the band) - Elizabeth Montgomery
