    i have a cisco aironet 350 ap connected to my new linksys router with rj11 ports. Ok the linksys is workin fine and I have the aeropoint connected to one of the network ports on it. But I can;t get the wireless ap to work. I tried looking in the routing table of the linksys to see what IP the aeronet has but it;s not there. When I first power up the aeronet all lights go orange -> red -> green -> then the middle one just flashes green.

    Any ideas?
