I'm not sure if this is the right place so sorry. Does anyone know the procedure for requesting information under the data protection act?? Is there a standard format letter to write? Whats the time-scale tehcompany has to forward that information?

All the info you need (including sample letter) is on the Data Protection Commissioners website

(Its 40 days for a written reply BTW)
