Boards nav problem in Firefox

Have noticed since I disabled adblock in Firefox due to the star-adserver slowdown problem being sorted that the drop-down navigation goes down behind the ad at the top-right of the page. The result being that links in the navigation are inaccessible - I had to go to my history to access Feedback. It's fine in IE as the nav sits on top of the ad. Anyone else got this problem in FF?

it seems to happen with a few types of adverts. There was an advert with u2 innit that had the same problem

Argh. My boards browsing experience is being hindered by eirscum, this is too much to take.

I thought Eircom were barred from Advertising on boards following their flash ad incident a few years back.

The horizontal list of various boards has disappeared from the top of my screen. I downloaded the latest firefox update and its since then. Any ideas?

    Upgrade to 1.06 anyway.

Also try the extensions Remove this Pemanently ( you may have to re-enable adblock afterwards ) and flashblock
