The particulars of Hold'em rules?

Both of these happened to me last night. I was wondering what were the correct things to do under these circumstances.

Scenario 1: Blinds are 5 and 10. SB is all-in with his 5. UTG raises to 20, rest of table folds and BB folds. So the pot is now 15. It ends up after the river that it's a split pot. But the lowest denomination of chips on the table is 5. What do we do? draw a high card for the 10?

Scenario 2: Three players, X is button, Y is SB and Z is BB. X gets knocked out. Who gets the dealer button next? I mean I know there's the rule where the dealer cannot be BB so in heads up is SB. If the button was to move to player Y then Z would be BB twice in a row. So which rule get's over-ruled, the turn of the button or the turn of the blind? Who get's the dealer button?

Thanks if yis can clear this up for me :)

Scenario 1: First player left of the dealer gets the extra chip. So the SB in this case.

Scenario 2: You can't be BB twice in a row in this situation, so Z gets the button and becomes SB and Y is BB.

The person to the left of the dealer gets the extra chip. i.e. the person first to act or in worst position

Z gets the button as you cannot pay the BB twice in a row. This solves the probelm of having a button as being BB

Nice one lads for clearing that up for me. Much appreciated.

Anyone know a site maybe where there might be a layout of all or most such holdem rules intricacies?
