    am i charged for going over cap?????

    Unknown.
    UTV are the only eircom bitstream providers who constantly charge for even 1Mb of downloads above the CAP.
    eicom and BT are known to let downloading over the 2Mb CAP products slide.
    As they are far larger companies than Digiweb...your guess is as good as mine on whether or not Digiweb eventually charge like UTV!!!
    what router/modem is supplied?????

    Probable a Zyxel 623 like BT.
    It does its job...nothing fancy.
    Practical for connecting to a switch to give BB access to a couple of dozen comps if required.
    uploads speed is?????????
    128k and not 256k!

    ==========================================
    IMHO as far as stand alone 2Mbit/s BB goes it is far and away the best value due to the 40GB CAP...even if its €3 more than BT's equiv. a month.

    The larger DSL packages have 256k upload.

    3Mbit and 4Mbit packages from Digiweb/other eircom bitstream suppliers provide 256k upload as standard.
