I sweat quite a bit, especially in the summer. It can be embarrasing...I shower twice a day and wear anti persperant....but is there anything I can do to help me to sweat less, certain foods etc? Thanks.

Sweating is normal. You do so to cool down, the best cure is to wear lighter clothing and be less energetic. However, sweating a lot is a good sign because it means you are active - and thus burning calories!

I sweat like a pig at the best of times and many people on this board do too.....

Thanks for your post....it's quite frustrating though, looking around the gym I seem to sweat way more than other people doing half the excercise they do. Maybe the fitter I get the less extreme the sweating will be?
