My weeks holiday

I've got a week in Donegal coming up at the beginning of August. I'm going with my folks and sisters so it'll be tame enough, quite possibly boring, but I'm going to use the opportuinity to get some fitness training done.

I'd consider myself moderately fit, as in I play at least 3 games of soccer a week, though I really want to improve on this. Considering I'll have access to beaches, water, roads, dunes, what would be the best exercise to get me a little fitter during that week? I'm not great at jogging, or swimming, for that matter, but would be willing to try either or both if they'd be the most effective.

    Thanks,

    Si.

Well that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. And how do you know I'm not being serious? What's wrong with what I have in mind? I'll have my days off instead of working, so I'm going to use this time to improve my fitness - I don't see what the problem is. I just want to find out the best exercise, or routine, for one week, keeping in mind that I won't be working.
