Sky promotion code, help needed

I recently got Sky installed. I was lead to believe by the installer that I would be availing of the half price for the first 3 months promotion, but on receiving my "Welcome to Sky" letter today I am being charged the full €28.50. When I rang Sky they said I needed a promotion code which should have came with my contract…

Can anyone help me out? Is this promotion code the same for everyone and if it is could someone in the know please pm it to me.

Cheers for that. Just rang sky, they credited my ac with the money due.
