i went out for the first time last saturday and had a great class with a great bunch of lads. the club has only started so beginners welcome. andy is a fantastic coach, keeps the class moving along at a nice pace and makes sure everybody is having fun and learning together. andy has an incredible wealth of knowledge in the clinch and ground ranges. great facilities including cardio area, boxing ring, showers etc

i cant recommend trying a class enough - i'm going to be there every saturday i can make it so i'll see you on the mat!

Full time wow! With a similar time as the harolds cross one? ie day classes , bjj and vale tudo? Sounds great. I'd ave always loved to go to Harolds cross, but it's too far for me to commit to regularly. I'll try n give him a call, but if the proposed schedule becomes available, please make available.

I managed to get down last wednesday and, despite me requiring a set of lungs on standby afterwards, I heartily endorse this product or service. Sound bunch of lads, looks like great venue too. I will be down wednesday to be schooled some more in this game that they call "ground"

I moved to Blessington Lane and so did Bridgestone, now I´m moving to Jamestown Road and this happens!

yup, if ye know finglas village then the jamestown road is the road beside superquinn ( or whatever that supermarket is) that leads up to ballymun, its basically a long straight road with industrial buildings on the left and houses on the right. One of the industrial estates/business parks has an entrance with a security hut in the middle of it. tis that one. If you're walking from the village Theres a spar or centra on the other side of the road just before the entrance

I'm off for a few weeks, so I've decided to do a sort of martial arts "Wickers World". I'll be heading down to SBG Northside tonight, next Monday it's Bridgestone (again), there's a combat Thai Chi bloke somewhere near where I live, and I'll probably see if Swords B.C. want to let a mid to late twenties bloke stand in the corner for a few nights.
