    Is it better to go abroad? or stay in Ireland for a stag?
    I'm looking for ideas for a weekend with the lads, maybe take in some kind of adventure sport (golf doesn't count).
    anyone got any suggestions???

    I went to Liverpool on a stag recently..

    great craic. We all stayed in a hostel and booked the whole dorm.

    I would recommend it. Get out of the country. Went also to waterford recently and not a patch on the pool :D

    yea I heard about that place it's meant to be great, but i also heard there are no direct flights, i heard fin air is the only airline flying there from ireland????????? what's the price of flights

    Course there are direct flights, cost around 180 return for the weekend, nice wee hotel and all that, was relatively cheap to stay, thats if you blow all your money in the titty bars

    Not bad sounds pretty reasonable, titty bars sounds good

    I went on a stag a few weeks ago to Strabane/Letterkenny. It was organised by this guy..

    He organises go-karting/paintballing and drives the bus to nightspots etc. He even picked us up (Monaghan) to bring us to the centre.

    If going abroad I can recommend Newcastle, (England). I went there for me own stag 2 years ago, great nightlife and if you're going in the summer, Whitley Bay on a Saturday afternoon is the place to go if you're looking for a strip show.
