However tits can always be artificially enhanced, with plastic surgery techniques evolving as I type. Generally comprised of silicone, breast implants, as they are known, are widely available and affordable to almost all classes within society. They are most commonly seen in porn movies and gracing the bodies of A-list movie stars, as well as "it" girls. Perhaps the two most famous bearers of implants, Pamela Anderson and Jordan, deserve a mention here, as they both have built their success on their famous "racks".
