Right lads. Plan to make my own protein bars. Anyone have a decent recipe for them?

the molecular structure of most proteins, particularly whey are quiet vulnerable envoirnmental extreams such as pH and HEAT('ware the oven!). the protein will be denatured then and no use to you. One protein with quiet a resilient structure is casein. its a milk protein and cheese is a good example. this won't denature as much so use it instead of whey. just remember casein is more an anti-catabolic protein so is best used when dieting or at night before sleep.
