"new" guitar on ebay looks like a rebuild to me?

There is no way thats new you can see the fret wear, and they big hand prints everywhere and not the stock knobs. I mean come on how can anyone believe thats new.

Heh. The neck got snapped off and he glued it back on. Good as new! Good luck to anyone buying that.

He still said it was damaged and he fixed it himself though. so if your stupid enought to buy it without reading the whole thing then thats what you get.

he only stated it was new so people would actually look at the auction, if he stated ''broken epi for sale'' then no one would have looked. At least he's stated the damage done, he's even posted pics of it.

So? He's trying to flog a severely damaged guitar which wasn't fixed by a professional (and judging by the mess he made of it he has a long way to go before he can claim to be one). It's not a new guitar. New means the condition it left the factory in. That guitar is "damaged", only a scheister would try to claim it's "new".
