Well, my bike has basically fallen to bits (trek) and instead of just letting it die, i was thinking of doing it up a bit, and the first step i am thinking of taking is totally repainting the frame, a single matt colour. Something bright. Yellow maybe. THing is at the moment, its the usual trek, metallic paint which i'd imagine cant be painted straight over, so does anyone know how i should go about this? i presume i have to sand it down? Any god paints?
