Email problems

Ok, i've been having this problem since i got the boot from the no limits package, but its became extremely annoying now. The situation is i have 3 email addresses an iol one, an esatclear one and eircom one. Since the end of no limits for me i've been logging on with Oceanfree who i also have an email address with. When i log on and go into Outlook express i can recieve email on all email addresses fine except the oceanfree one because i cant find what settings to put into outlook to send/recieve email on it.

My problem being i can no longer use outlook to send email which means i read my email in outlook and then have to go online and log onto a web based account to send my email which is getting old very quickly now.

Is there any settings i can change so i will be able to send email from outlook i'd settle if i could add my oceanfree account to outlook express but ultimately i'd like to use my iol account again to send mail...can this be done bearing in mind i log on with oceanfree?

    Farls

    have a look here
    http://home.oceanfree.net/services/help/outlook.html

the problem i sprobebly that you are still set up to use the esat outgoing mail server, which you can't use as you are connected to ocean.
set up the ocean on and you should be able to send/recieve esat/iol/ocrean mail
