    For the life of me I cant work out how to use this.I have registered my phone number and got my pin,it then says to top up by 10Euro text TU 10 to 50365....nothing about the pin,so I have tried to just send TU 10 and it blocked me and said I had to register again.

    So does anybody use this service...?

    I've only ever used AIB's service, and sounds exact same as BOIs version, you send a text for the amount, you then get back a text asking for random digits out of your pin which you reply with another text, then your account gets updated with the credit.

    I know sometimes the service is down and you have to keep trying, maybe thats the problem you are encountering!!
