got this email just a few mins ago, so if anyone else gets it im sure its a scam

The purpose of this letter is to introduce ourselves to you, we are a West
African Business Consultancy, offering business advisor services in the
region, we are not a very big company, but when suddenly confronted with the
task of investing funds in your country exceeding our capacity we decided to
seek a partner, because we have never done business in your country.

We are brokering an Investment deal in your country on behalf of a client of
our firm. This deal will involve the eventual investment of USD 25 M.(Twenty
Five Million Dollars) in your country.

We are by this letter offering you our partnership, so as to allow us have you
as representative and manager of invested funds in your country. Since we can
not determine if this email is still functional and also your willingness we
have kept this proposal brief.

It seems so unlikely that anyone would ever get one of these.

Is it just me or has there been an explosion of those STOCK SET TO RISE, THIS WILL BE $$$ type spam, the last few weeks. My filter won't block them for some reason.

Just did an e-mail check and I had everything from hardening or lengthening my penis to cheap medication and loan approvals, and lots more besides. I use www.0spam.com which keeps it away from my actual Inbox. Try it.

Yes. Indeed there's a script somewhere that keeps trying to Spam boards with new threads along those lines. It gets stomped on of course.
