My dad now wants to get Sky so I have these questions,
    Where can I order?
If I get sky plus can I keep my existing box (had for over 2 years) and use it to set up for free (ilegaly maybee) in another room, if so how
    how long will it take?
Will I have to connect it to a phone line?
How do I get utv and channel 4 with a uk card I dont understand?

do I have to pa to get it reconnected in new house?

    thanks for your help

You can order in local electrical reatailers in all irish cities.

When you get Sky +, you can legally keep the other box and use it. If you take up the free dish and box deal, after one year the box is yours.

You can be waiting anything from three days to a couple of months, it varies.

Yes, you will have to connect it to a phoneline if you are getting another free minidish and sky box deal.
If you buy one on ebay you need not connect it.

UTV/C4, search FTV cards using the forum search function above.

You need not pay to have it "reconnected" at all.
You may be able to use a different name, perhaps of someone else living in the flat who has not previously subscribed and get the free mindish, box and installation deal again.
if you can't do this then standard installation starts at 75 euro.

You can install a twin output LNB and run a second wire from your satellite dish and use this box for the FTA channels without the need for a card or pick an FTV card up off ebay and get all the FTA + C4, Five, ITV 1, 2 etc.
Or you can sell the box on ebay outright, it's yours to sell.
