CSI on for 24

According to Aertel and Threetext, RTE are putting on CSI: Miami instead of 24 tonight.

The reason? Probably because of what's happening in 24 at the moment and the bombings in London yesterday.

It doesn't say what episode it is. On Threetext its just a few lines about what happens in it.

Stupid stupid RTÉ.. I don't care about CSI that much, mainly rte ruined it by showing it non stop when ever they can.. O_o

Anyway, is it just me, or did they just not say why they aren't showing 24? Their censering the TV shows now because of terrorists.. O_o; you know what they'll do, is, either show this ep of 24 late at night.. randomly, or they'll skip the hour.. >_< it's happened a lot in the simpsons.. O_o "To be Continued" next day, same ep came up.. then again, I'm damn well sure I'm the only one who still watched the Simpsons..

Yes they put it off because of the terror attacks...they did the same with Third Watch last night.

CSI Miami is the weakest of the three in the franchise. Dour miserable bunch.

It was an old episode. I've seen it before. It's ridiculous that they didn't show 24 last night. What i really want to know is when the hell are they going to show last nights episode.

I hope so, as I said before, RTÉ have a habbit of skipping episodes even when there isn't a canceling.. meh.. I'd say 24 is a big enough to show, for them to relize that every episode is important and connected.

Well Recuse Me was show that night and that is all about 9/11. Ok so I don't watch that show but I am sure someone was in an accident (prehaps an explosion) and they had to recuse them.

I didn't even think that it was to do with the bombings. I just assumed that RTE where moving 24 to 2am or something.

The Continuity Announcer could have at least said:

"Due to the London bombing on Thursday, RTE have decided not to run to nights scheduled episode of 24"

i cant stand grissom...meh.

You just don't understand Grissom, his character is supposed to be kind of Anti Social and Boring. But he makes up for it with his Sarcaism (As much Sarcaism that american's can get, not alot). The other main Dectectives are just bad (pardon the pun) carbon copies that have just lost there carbon. (now thats a good one liner for CSI:Miami) (puts on sunglasses and stands up and looks out into the imaginary horizon)

ITV took the X-files movie off the air last week too (replaced it with Stakeout). And I was looking forward to it.

Very annoying.

And yet that same day (Friday), the BBC were showing reruns of 24 season1. Crazy, or what?

I know he is meant to be like that,but it is boring and annoying! I dont find his sarcasm good at all and im fed up with him having one facial experssion the whole show,and his little pet bugs...sad! lol

I guess it is a question of getting it I like that dry wit. It could also be that William L. Peterson is a far better actor (as is Gary Sinise). The Vegas team just seem to work better as a collective and concentrate on getting evidence. David Caruso is just annoying. He's not a cop but if he had his way, half of Miami would be locked up or shot. He also still has issues, 3 seasons in. Why can't he just date his dead brother's wife?
