i think multitabling works a lot better on ring games but perhaps HJ will correct me on this.

depends how you're playing really. with STTs, i like to get a good read on the main characters at the table and i find playing 3/4 at the same time doesn't let me get a feel for them.

in ring games, i find since each hand is a separate event, when you do get involved with someone in a pot, you can just make a note on your impressions on just that hand and add to it during the session and need less of an overall view if you are sticking to your own system. players come and go and once you have them pegged for a general style you can play appropriately.

    other tips:
-play on Full Tilt if multitabling ;) tre soft!
-Empire Poker have a deposit promo staring on the 10th Jul
-try to get a a hi res setup (over 1024*768) so you don't have to overlap tables.

    cheers karl
is full tilt easy enough to deposit and withdraw from?
i have set up a netteller account but for some reason i can't deposit to it with my boi mastercard so i'm still paying directly

    no problemo.

they take neteller, which i use and mastercard.

they have a nice bonus too. 100%, which is tough to clear but they do it in increments of $20 which bumps up the bankroll while yer chipping away.

i dont recommend them for MTTs or STTs but their cash games are gold.

I prefer it for stts because so many decisions are automatic, but its a personal choice.

yeah, i suppose playing very tight on STTs means you can auto fold a lot and concentrate on reading players but i find i like to look for a lot more spots to make moves in STTs so would rather give them closer attention.

as you say though, all down to personal choice.

also if you get to the last few or heads up in 2 or more STTs .its a nightmare to concentrate on both

Try being heads up in 4 stts at the same time

dont think so :).. by the way how many did you win

Two heads-up at the same time is my limit - even then I find it very VERY hard to concentrate properly on both. As a result I never play more than two STTs at a time, just in case. Two STTs and a MTT or two usually isn't too bad.

I multitable on the STT's on VC, but to be honest, 3-4 is my max, always a nightmare when you get down to the last 3-4 per table and the action seems to be on you on every table at the same time!

I cant remember but I doubt I won many of them. I stagger them now so it never happens. If find starting each one 10 hands after another mean it never gets to hectic.

Multitabling Omaha is very worthwhile. You can be choosy on your starting hands and not get involved with crap.
