    I'm just wondering can you pay a Garda fine over the phone using a credit card, or do you have to go into Capel street penality office and pay it?

    Ye can pay over the phone with a visa/laser card

    You can only pay over the phone if there is no penalty points to go on your licence as well as the fine, if theres points then go to the post office to pay
