    For some reason i couldnt lay down this hand after the flop. Anyone else find themselfes making stupid moves like this often ?

    Yea but usually my feelin is way off and i get nothing adn have to try to buy the pot at best

    I'm always amazed at folks who draw to a gutshot. It's one of the easiest laydowns unless the pot odds are huge. You're looking for 4 cards. Your opponent deserved to win that hand. He made good bets to maximise his profit and you sucked out on him. Thats poker.

    LOL I know I know, all I can say is that I felt the jack coming(it is pokerstars after all!)
    I will also have some bad poker karma coming my way this week.

    If you have position and implied odds of over 10 - 1 then gut shots are worth chasing.

    I hate AK - I lose more money with that hand.........

    I once went all in on a pair of pocket 7s after reading just that day that there's something like a 99% chance of an overpair. I just knew another 7 was going to come up. Flop came 7........A..........A. The other guy finished with a pair of aces. Freakish luck but in my head that third seven was a certainty.
