just a bit chuffed, so i have to tell someone!

after trying my darndest to win the IPT feeder on VC and coming 3rd twice, i said i`d try the european poker championship feeder.
(i`ll be back during the week for the IPT feeder, mind you!)

top 2 players get entry to the next sattelite worth $198 -
and i came 1st.
woo-hoo!

so,
if everyone can say a prayer for L`Amateur, hopefully i`ll be back with some better news!!!

bad beats to you all!







also...is winning money on VC as easy as it seems or has my computer hacked the system or something!?!

Congrats on your ticket to this sattelite. I dont mean to rain on your parade or anything but i believe this is a rebuy tournament and i dont get the feeling you will be rebuying or topping up for that amount which puts you at an incredible disadvantage. I say this because you won the ticket via sattelite and sattelite winners for big buy-in tournaments tend not to rebuy. The players that will be atop the leaderboard are players that will want to be accumilating chips by taking chances and rebuying with no problem. They can hit and miss, you cant miss once. Sincerely best of luck anyway.

Yeah i'll vouch for that, I won two satellittes to wsop tourneys and busted out early in both main tourneys within the first 3 rounds. AA cracked and AK cracked. I was surprised by the amount of rebuys going down. I had decided to rebuy once and maybe a top up but after seeing how crazy it was :eek: I couldn't compete.
