Basically my floyd rose dosent do what its meant to do...STAY IN TUNE!

When i pull up on thew bar everything ends up a little sharp...
And when i push down on the bar it all goes flat when i let go.

i had this problen with my last treem so i got a new one and its the same
the guitar is a jackson by the way, iv had it a good few years and it still plays ok apart from this.
at the mo i have the trem locked with a peice of wood holding the trem block in place....I WANT MY WHAMMY BAR BACK!

any suggestions would be apreaciated (sp?)
