    Funniest bloody link I've found in a long time. You can select a picture, type in a phrase, and it looks like the face is saying the phrase. Its funny enough with the included pictures, but you can upload your own pictures and get them to say what you want....

    We just uploaded a picture of our boss, and had him saying all sorts of funny **** (the "American Male" voice sounds just like him) :D

    IE only, I'm afraid. Doesn't work in firefox....
