    Hey

do you know when you get an e-mail from a company and you know that most of it is full of buzzwords and phrases and has just been copied and pasted eg. they click a button and every e-mail finishes with their good-bye phrase.

Do any boards users utilise this and just paste these pesages, similar to templates on mobiles??

Do you mean an email signature?

I use one on all my work emails. It has my name, job title, company web address and contact numbers.

E-mail sigs are common enough. Don'y use them myself but nothing unusual about them. Oh now I get what you're saying, like Mail Merge? No, I never use them.

Do you utilise American military replacements for perfectly good words like "use"?

No need for it. I have my sig, and that's enough for me.

In what way I don't think you got what I was saying,
I was talking like about one day when I was on a gambling helpline an d I asked a question like
when do i get my winnings on the Cl final coming through,
and insantly got a reply that was fivr sentences long,
so clearly the operator at the other end just had to push one button to automatically respond.
