Pretty much every day. I'll miss about 4 or 5 days a month. On Pokerstars, Party, PPP, VC and occasionally Ladbrokes and GamingClub.

Cash games on Empire and occasionally stars to fund buy ins for tournaments on Stars, Bodog, Full Tilt and Ladbrokes. I play 20-25 hours a week at the moment.
