I was flicking through the channels this afternoon when I came across a new tv series called 'Young Blades' (drivel!) when who popped up on screen - Bruce Boxleitner.

Do you guys remember him from the 80's series 'Bring 'Em Back Alive' ?

It's the first time I have seen him on tv in years.
    (Hasn't changed too much!).

'Bring 'Em Back Alive' doesn't ring any bells here, I'm afraid, but I do remember him from 'Scarecrow & Mrs. King', though. And didn't he star in some sci-fi show a few years ago as well? I can't remember the name right now, maybe it was 'Farscape' or one of those things.

Do you not remember 'Bring 'Em Back Alive ?
He played a guy who went to find/trap exoctic animals 9usually in a jungle:D) and bring them back to zoos or something.

I too recall 'Scarecrow & Mrs. King' ........was watchable.
Don't remember his Sci-Fi appearance tho?

Bring em back alive was a TV rip off of the indiana jones movies

The weird thing is B.E.B.A. was trying to live off the vibe of Indiana Jones but its theme tune sounded a LOT like John Williams Superman Theme. So it's a show that's all over the place before the episode even begins.

It was an Indiana Jones rip off is right. Was kind of in the same vain of Tales of the Golden Monkey which was out at the same time. Anyone remember that. Great show. Far better than Bring em back alive I thought.

Some of the dialogue he had to deliver in Babylon 5 was rather hammy - the amount of times the word "hell" was used in dialog was crazy. That's not to denigrate how good the show was in general, though.

Scarecrow and Mrs King was getting a re-airing on RTÉ One on weekend mornings up to very recently, although it seems to be gone now.

My favourite line of his in B5 was; "I don't know what to say."
