    :rolleyes: Just wondering is it possible to recieve (RTE,BBC,ITV,Channel4 or Five) off any other satellite besides (SKY DIGITAL).??If so what equipment card etc. would I needn to recieve these channels??Any help or information would be great as I checking this out for a mate in Ireland cheers!! :cool:

    Nope, those channels are only broadcasting off that satellite (astra 2, 28east)

    the BBC channels, ITV3 and ITV News can be received with a non Sky box and no viewing card

    Ok cheers guys that was fast thanks so were would you get a non sky box in ireland and what make/model would you suggest to recieve those chans itv3,itv news,bbc etc?? :):D

    your local satellite retailer should be able to sort you out. or alternatively you can buy online
