Whilst just opinion and not a tip I feel that Perce Rock (currently 7/2 bp) has good claims today in a poor enough race for some decent prize money.

Looks like a tough enough card and I can see the jackpot rolling over again.

    that's bang on, mike.
there isn't much riding on my knowledge of racing, really.
    But it will definitely help.
And hopefully, I'll make a few quid out of it tomorrow
    Thanks

    hi bluetonic,
Any tips for Fairyhouse tomorrow? Sorry now I didn't back Perce Rock after I'd read your tip!

I had a look at the card for you and it's an absolute dog of a card as tomorrows meeting is not part of the Easter festival it's just a regular fairyhouse meeting. I won't be backing anything at it, but if you had to push me for something I'd say Wonderkid in the 5.10 looks like a decent bet. Apparently there was bad feed in the yard for the last few months which explains the bad form, things looks to be heading in the right direction now with a few winning performances over the weekend. As always look for where the money is coming from with it.

Best of luck and enjoy the days racing.

He has come in from 14 to 5.1 on betfair, there's definitely a few quid going down on him.

    Might have a punt myself.

It might be worth keeping an eye on these few horses tomorrow, Sat 18th. El Dececy 4:40 Doncaster. Nina Carberry is booked to ride for the very shrewd S Parr. The horse won last week and was always a decent horse for John Dunlop 7/2. Thumberlina 5:50 Nottingham. I've got very strong word for this horse on its last 3 runs. Didn't do much until last time, when staying on strongly into 4th under tender handling at 100/1. Franny Norton is booked tomorrow, so may be out to do a job .16/1. Lord Rathvinden 2:45 Naas. Very unlucky 2 starts ago when nabbed on the line. Made up for it last time, winning well. The form has worked out well with the 3rd winning since. Should follow up at around 7/2.

Hey lads, only realised this part of the forum exisited just now. Seems like there is a good few words floating around. I'm in need of a winner after a large enough punt on Three Rocks yesterday. (I think he may have won had he not missed the break). Anyway, today I think NightJar is in off a lovley mark in the 3.10 at Pontefract. The horse is better on the AW but E/W at 20/1 looks a good bet with Winston up. Keep them coming lads, Cheers.

three rocks also missed the break on 2 previous occasions but won. i think the step up to a mile may have been his undoing.bolger is a man to follow right now stable in great form.

Backed pinewood legend in the 3:40 at southwell at 10/1 know the owner and he's away over and he is a big punter and I notice there is a few pound on it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 376 ✭✭dos30

    cheers kingshankly,

I'll have a punt on both of them and sure if one comes in happy days.

Might even try a small double.:D

That horse is owned by a Syndicate based in Dagenham. What you mean the "owner is going over"
