I have this one and it is a good price compared to original price, but it was forced down because the new HD5 is only 299, would advise going for the HD5 over this one, although the HD3 does look nicer!

€280 for the HD5 from pixmania is pretty decent (+ €13 del) but the 30gig model is only another €50 if you shop around.
Only the pink (ew) version of the HD3 left on pixmania or amazon...
