Heard a few rumors about recieving free pay per view items (prem plus, movies etc) from sky digital by flasifying an engaged tone and tricking the box into letting you watch anyway. But ive heard that all the ppv stuff you choose to buy gets stored onto your card and eventually the next time your box contacts sky you will get billed.

I'm just curious here, im not saying ive done it or am i trying to get anyone else to. Just looking for some tech information :P

Remember.. drugs are ilegal, talking about them isn't!

This should be in the Sat forum, although if you HAD posted it there, you most likely would have been banned from it.

It does NOT work, so there is no point asking. Its just a stupid rumour that is used to put off paying box office movies - you'll be charged in the end, and rightly so.

    What chorus techy said.

That sort of stuff is frowned upon rather heavily around here, just so you know.
