If only I could get the newer nvidia drivers to work with it, I'd be sorted.

    Teamspeak
    Firefox
    Unreal Tournament 2004

(all available for your friendly ubuntu linux installation).

I have to agree is the fastest fully fledged browser available when run in wine (apart from framebuffer links), coupled with fluxbox tabs it really is quite excellent. And you can read all those really really crap web pages that only work right in IE's buggy template reader.

whats the point in running linux if you're just going to emulate windows so you can run windows apps on it?

In my experience, sites designed by people too stupid to be able to follow standards are rarely worth viewing.

Winace has probs with some spanning archives, but is a better overall product. I keep Winrar for problem archives (it also has a repair feature that is handy).
