4 piece covers band looking for second guitarist. Have not done any gigs yet but have few songs ready to go. Based in dublin and aged between 20-30. Influences, U2, Ash, Green Day, Ocean Colour Scene and lots more.... Already 2 girls and two boys in the band.

why does it have to be a female guitarist?

I've been playing all that kinda stuff (sharing both lead and rhythm) for years.

I've sang out front and also backing vocals and harmonies.

Have a good setup of gear, and love to play music.

I'm 23 and dying to get back into it again. Moved to dublin bout a year ago and have been looking for a good band to get into.

Let me know the story if your interested or not.

    J

it doesnt have to be a female guitarist just would be a good idea if we could of got one more girl in, not essential though. We havent done any gigs yet though just to let you know, only two of us in the band have gigged before.

I've been gigging for years... started out in an acoustic set up with my 2 brothers playing some fantastic songs and really focusing on vocals and harmonies - the songs sounded and felt great....

then we moved onto a full setup - doing the wedding scene. My god it was painful stuff with really sh1t music - but the money was excellent and the craic was good...

did that for about 3 years, got me through college, then moved onto some serious music with a 4 piece consisting of 2 guitars, bass and drums. All shared vocals (both lead and backing). Did this for about 3 years aswell.

Then I moved to dublin and it put an end to it for me, so I'm dying to get back into it, and I have plenty of experience.... wouldn't be nervous at all live.... once you're rehearsed well enough, there should be no reason to be nervous.

so what does the band consist of at the moment, what are ur plans???
