Sky Box Office Question

    I've been having this problem for a while now. Basically, I can no longer order PPVs using my digital remote. I don't order that much, mainly boxing, but each time I have to call and book the PPV that way. Although this doesn't cost much more than ordering it by remote...it's plain annoying. Sky said they haven't been able to contact the digi box for a while and that's what's wrong.
    The error message I get is something like You have insufficient credit left on your viewing card . The digibox is always plugged in to the phoneline and I've ran the system checks using the remote and everythings fine. Any ideas why Sky can't contact the box? Cheers

    Would it be easy to find a replacement? Say in an electrical store or something.

    Try going to Services, [4]System Setup> 0,1, Select (Installer Menu)

    Go to [3]Telephone Settings, and make sure you've no numbers added in the prefixes (I'm assuming you don't need to dial a number to get an outside line)

    When I go to System Setup I can't press 0. If I press 0,1 it just goes in to the picture settings menu. I've never changed anything to do with phone numbers though. Guess I'll just get a new cable and see if that works.

    Yes you can.

    No it doesn't.

    Services 401 Select (without looking at the screen).
