It think that rate only applies to calls within the visited country or back to your home country.

Still good though..

Its a win for me...I wont call anyone while on hols but they call me and its a headwreck. But no its 79c for the whole call
On the other hand if i were to call someone for 5 mins i think its €2.50 or so
