Just wondering if anyone was in this area for sat nite gig?
What was the sound like as there were quite a few complaints after the Fri nite gig....

I was there at corner of Cusack (section 713). Sound was very bad, obvious lag on sound/video sync, vocal was indistinct which maybe wasn't too bad given the drivel that was coming from Bono. This gig was not a music event it was a combination of a party policital rally for the Bono party and feeding the 'my ego is bigger than Geldof's' attitude that weems to be going on lately. Rock concerts are for music and that is what they should deliver on. Given all the razzmatazz on the video screens there was no excuse for the very bad sound either.

I was up the canal end on friday and i though it was grand!
It was very low and muffled for snow patrol but when U2 came on it was deadly.
Given i had a good few pints in me, but it sounded top notch!
    What a show.
