    Contact your lecturer for the subject (after all it's him that set the paper and corrected it), and failing that the head of the department
    It can be hard to get in touch with them during summer though (speaking from experience)

    Talk to the head of you department first....worked for me a few years ago. The lecturer I contacted was an ass and refused to do anything. You can formally appeal but you need to contact the exams office about that
