It's just the way things are. Ring the free-phone number to vent some stress, but don't hold your breath on the promise of refunds.

It wasnt the refunds i care about, its losing an hour of my day (although my day involves watchin tv) when i come back for my clothes and they havnt been spun.was just hoping to generate enough agro to get them to actually fix the machines.Companies treat students like ****e and people have to stand up to them, so i will. :rolleyes:
