Chances of making a ticket swap outside Croker?

I realy need to get a standing ticket for my gf, so she can join me instead of sitting alone at the gig.

What are the chances of meeting someone outside the concert on Saturday and getting a swap. By that I guess I'm referring mainly, (but not exclusively) to touts. Do you think there'll be a lot of people trying to sell tickets around the gig?

I wont pay over the odds, but are touts likely to give a standing ticket in exchange for a good seated ticket, or would they charge through the nose?

    Overall, what are my chances?

If you have a good seated ticket then I,m sure you should be able to do a swap easily for no xtra cash.
You have to be firm with the touts .
I think there will be alot of standing tickets floating around on the day.

Be much easier the other way round, i reckon it'l be easy but you *will* have to pay extra cash. Look at it from the touts point of view, much easier for him to sell a standing.
