    Its a diet pill which seems to have the sole active ingredient of Caffeine - which means its an expensive version of drinking strong coffee.

    I do not recommend diet pills, not only because some of them are dangerous and others are simply placebo - they are a quick fix rather than tackling the core problem. It is also psychologically important when you enter a weight reduction program you do not have a crutch, but a wish and a want to continue, or the weight will return. If you use a "helper" - it is much more difficult to develop that.
